Woodland Creek is a residential development situated in the tranquil East Royalty neighbourhood of Charlottetown, PE. The location of the development, just off Norwood Road and extending toward Wright’s Creek near MacRae Drive, offers residents a peaceful living experience that seamlessly blends modern comforts with nature’s beauty.

Concept Plan: A concept plan was designed optimizing land use and layout for all phases.
Legal Survey Plan: Defining property boundaries and easements ensured a seamless development process.
Civil Engineering Drawings: Our detailed road construction plans included street design, potable water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems. Infilled ditches enhance aesthetics and manage surface water flow.
Phase 1 (2023): Laying the Foundation
Semi-Detached Dwellings: Phase 1 introduced an array of semi-detached dwelling lots.
Evelyn Street and Violet Circle: Evelyn Street and a portion of Violet Circle set the stage for future homeowners.
Phase 2 (Upcoming): Expanding Possibilities
Oliver Street and Violet Circle Extension: Phase 2, currently in the design phase, will offer both single-family dwelling lots and additional semi-detached options.
Stormwater Management and Approvals
City of Charlottetown Approval: We prepared a comprehensive stormwater management plan to seek approval from the local authorities.
Quality Control and Safety: Throughout construction, we ensured strict adherence to design specifications. Regular site inspections maintained safety protocols during pipe installation.
Precision and Infrastructure Marking
Builder’s Level: Inspectors meticulously recorded pipe elevations using builders’ levels.
GPS Layout Services: Infrastructure locations, including water and sewer services, sanitary manholes, fire hydrants, and gate valves, were precisely marked.
Guiding the Approval Process
Survey Pins: Survey markers were placed to mark new lot boundaries throughout the subdivision.
Client Support: We guided the client through the approval process, preparing record drawings and conducting site walkthroughs with governing bodies to ensure a smooth project turnover.
