Located in East Royalty, Montgomery Heights is a product of thoughtful planning and harmonious living. This residential subdivision, located between MacRae Drive and East Royalty Road,, promises a serene lifestyle for its residents, all while being near L.M. Montgomery Elementary School.
Key Features
Concept Plan: A concept plan was designed optimizing land use and taking into consideration housing demands for all phases.
Legal Survey Plan: Clearly defining property boundaries and easements ensured a seamless development process.
Civil Engineering Drawings: Our detailed road construction plans included street design, potable water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems. Infilled ditches enhance aesthetics and manage surface water flow. Stormwater management plans were also submitted for each phase of construction to mitigate surface water drainage.
Quality Control and Safety: Throughout construction, we ensured strict adherence to design specifications. Regular site inspections maintained safety protocols during pipe installation.

Streets: Gilbert Drive, Kindred Avenue, Splendid Drive, Anne Avenue, Cordial Street, Shirley Street, Fairdale Drive, Stanley Avenue, Emily Drive, and Lucy Crescent were built.
