Concept Plan: A concept plan was designed optimizing land use and layout for both phases.

Legal Survey Plan: Property boundaries and easements were defined to ensure a seamless development process.

Civil Engineering Drawings: Our detailed road construction plans included street design, potable water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems. The underground stormwater piping systems and mountable concrete curbing enhance both functionality and aesthetics of the subdivision.

 

Phase 1 (2021-2022): Laying the Foundation

Single-Family Dwellings: Applecross Avenue was developed in phase 1, introducing a collection of single-family dwelling lots to be developed.

 

Phase 2 (2023-2024) 

Lochendale Lane was constructed in phase 2 and includes new single family dwelling lots.

Mountable Curbing and Underground Electrical Servicing: While not required by Miltonvale Park, our client recognized the benefits of these amenities. They contribute to the overall appeal and long-term value of StrathRae Estates.

 

Stormwater Management and Approvals

Miltonvale Park Approval: We prepared comprehensive stormwater management plan for approval from the local authorities.

Quality Control and Safety: Throughout construction, we ensured strict adherence to design specifications. Regular site inspections maintained safety protocols during pipe installation.

 

Precision and Infrastructure Marking

Builder’s Level: Inspectors meticulously recorded pipe elevations using builders’ levels.

GPS Layout Services: Infrastructure locations, including water and sewer services, sanitary manholes, fire hydrants, and gate valves, were precisely marked.

 

Guiding the Approval Process

Survey Pins: Survey markers were placed to mark the new lot boundaries throughout the subdivision.
